ADM Jizzakh and South Korea’s DK&G Co Sign Agreement to Equip CKD Production Facility for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles

ADM Jizzakh and South Korean engineering company DK&G Co have signed an agreement for the supply and installation of industrial equipment for a new CKD production facility for hybrid and electric vehicles. The project will enable the company to expand its range of new energy vehicles (NEVs), introduce advanced manufacturing technologies and create additional opportunities for the development of Uzbekistan’s automotive industry.

In September 2026, a total of 4,026 Kia, Chery and HAVAL vehicles were sold in Uzbekistan. Combined sales were 5.1% higher than in September last year. Crossovers continued to account for the largest share of sales, with the Kia Sonet, HAVAL Jolion and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro among the most popular models of the month.
